Erik Mullett is a dedicated public servant and small business owner currently serving as a Trustee for the Village of Lac la Belle. A lifelong resident of the Lake Country Area, Erik is passionate about improving his community’s quality of life and preserving its natural beauty. He holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in business from The Ohio State University.

As a small business owner, Erik understands the challenges of entrepreneurship and is committed to fostering a thriving local economy. He advocates for policies that promote economic development, environmental conservation, and community engagement, always seeking input from local residents to help guide his decision-making.

Erik is passionate about creating positive change in his community through collaboration and leadership. He is dedicated to ensuring that Okauchee remains a vibrant, and sustainable place for future generations.

Ashley
Bielik

Vice-President

A lifelong resident of Lake Country, Ashley is dedicated to fostering a thriving and welcoming community. She graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Business Administration and brings a wealth of experience to her career, with expertise spanning office management, web content management/design, social media, and real estate.

Together with her husband, Ashley co-owns Lakefront Realty, specializing in both property sales and rentals around Okauchee Lake and throughout the Lake Country area. They are passionate about helping clients find their dream homes and enjoy the process of flipping houses whenever the opportunity arises.

Ashley is a strong advocate for the natural beauty of Okauchee and is constantly brainstorming ways to attract more people to explore and appreciate the charm of her hometown.

Marijo
Weissgerber

Secretary

Marijo Weissgerber, a Michigan State University Marketing graduate, has a diverse career spanning retail, education, and business ownership. A dedicated community leader, she has organized local events, chaired committees, and held various leadership roles. With experience across industries and travels to over 30 countries, Marijo brings a global perspective to her work and service.

Zastrow

Treasurer

Gale has been with Bank Five Nine for 15 years and in the financial service industry since 1980. Finding the most suitable products to fit the needs of the client is her number one priority. She enjoys working in a community bank environment, helping customers define and reach their financial goals. When you love what you do, you give your best every day, and that means a win-win for you and your customers.

FUN FACT: Not one to sit still, Gale spends her free time ice fishing, kayaking, biking, gardening & traveling!

Krysta
Tinus

Recording Secretary

Krysta is deeply rooted in Lake Country and has been since she was a child. At Tinus Marine in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Krysta is the PR, Marketing and Office Manager. Blessed to be a mother to three kids, Krysta loves the balance offered by working with her Tinus Family. She shares her love for boating in the summers as she assists her husband, Jason Tinus, as he runs the Tinus Pontoon Rental’s business. Since 2013, Krysta works as a Lake Home Specialist Realtor on JJ Hausmann’s Team, offering sellers a luxury listing experience. This is her first year serving as an OABA Board member, and she is honored to participate alongside Okauchee business owners and incredible community members.
